Cytomation GmbH is currently searching for an experienced Training &
Application Specialist.
The candidate will join our current Application group in Freiburg,
(Germany), and will be responsible for customer training and high-end
instrumentation.

Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
· Performing training session for external and internal customers.
· Providing basic immunology trainings to field - service engineers.
· Performing of trainings to customer support groups to give them a
basic idea about Cytomation products.
· Contributing to the development of training programs, sample
preparation and data analysis as well as instrument operations and
maintenance.
· Assisting in the development of training materials: audiovisuals,
textbooks and course handouts. All of this should be coordinated with
Cytomation Inc., Fort Collins (CO), U.S.A.
· Participating at European sales force training assemblies and whenever
appropriate at European and country workshops, seminar exhibitions or
trade shows.
· Assisting in keeping the training facilities within good laboratory
practices standards, and ensuring the availability of operating
supplies.
· Consulting frequently with customer training and customer support
personnel to ensure the customer receives consistent information,
training and advice for all Cytomation support groups.


Qualifications
1. B.S. in biological science or equivalent
2. Skills of training, teaching and demonstration of instrumentation
3. Minimum of two years experience in the field of Flow Cytometry
4. Knowledge of Flow Cytometry markets is highly desirable
5. Languages: English (any other European language is an asset)
6. The position involves a remarkable amount of traveling time
