PBMC volumes via Z1 Particle Counter

Hello Flowers,
	I am trying to establish the best Lower Volume Gate in my Coulter Z1
for determining the concentration of isolated human PBMCs.

	Coulter cannot provide a value.

	My preliminary correlations with hand counting suggest	60-65 fl.
Does anyone have another, better value?
