we have an ongoing construction in the floor above ours with drill
hammers and other power tools, but I've never had any problems with
vibration. Then again, I'm not sure what those problems look like so
maybe I've had them all along :)

As long as I pass FACSComp I'm happy.

Also if you're in the area, stop by, we have a NICE view.
