One possibility is a defunct connection with the waste or sheath tank. Check the status box to see if the settings are correct. If is says that the sheath is empty or the waste is full then the wiring may have broken. You can buy a new piece or bypass the interlock with a paperclip. Just one possiblity but it happened to us about two weeks ago.
