None of these antibodies is a true PAN NK antibody; some NK cell subsets
will be missed. PK136 remains the only true pan-NK antibody as far as I know
(with the qualification that it works only in certain strains)

An antibody to NK1.1 isn't going to work on Balb/c mice-look at the
mouse alloantigen chart on page 126-127 of the B-D Pharmingen
catalog. Pharmingen has   several pan-NK cell Abs that should do a
better job.

I'll be interested to hear whether anyone offers an explanation for
your loss of CD3-PerCP signal!
