Hi Robert,

Current versions of Cellquest will almost certainly be incompatible with
the currently shipping version 1.0 of OS X, since at this time, such
versions are incompatible with the latest version of 'Classic' OS, v
9.1. The old software you refer to as being 'compatible with OS X', is
stricly speaking not true. It is the OS 9.1 running atop of OS X that
allows this older software to still be used on a Mac equipped with OS X.
In effect, the old software is running under 'emulation' (via OS 9.1) on
a Mac equipped with OS X. Older versions of Classic OS, such as 8.6,
9.04 etc. that are compatible with the currently shipping version of
Cellquest, are not capable of running on top of OS X.

Once BD have dealt with some minor incompatibility issues between
Cellquest and OS 9.1, you should be able to run Cellquest on a Mac
running OS X.

My advice would therefore be to wait awhile.

I hope this helps.

Cheers,
