Recently. It was a nice discussion about hematogones (CD19+, CD10+
CD34+). We have an interesting case of 10% of hematogones in a 23 years
old girl. She has 70,000/ul WBC, 80% of eosinophils. MB is also full of
eosinophils.

Any comment?
