PI/Annexin analysis of Mouse Epithelial cells

Hi FLOWers,

I would be grateful for any helpful tips regarding PI/Annexin analysis of
Mouse Epithelial cells. These adherent cells were removed using 0.5%
trypsin. My unstained cells and PI/Annexin stained cells give a fluorescent
profile difficult to interprete, meaning a "smear" or not a clear
distinction between single positives vs. double positives.
