Jeannine,
We've had this query before . . . there are several "lists" out there, and some
databases that are very useful. One I've used frequently is the Taxonomic Key Program,
made available through the Washington State U. vet school. ( I think Bill Davis may
be the person to thank . . .)
Go to the following page < http://www.vetmed.wsu.edu/tkp/index.asp > for several options.
If you select the Taxonomic Key Program link you can search by cell type.

Does anyone know of an online list of CD antigens that you can search by
cell type? (For example, if I'm looking for surface markers for
neutrophils, I could search for "neutrophil", and it would come up with
a list of neutrophil-specific surface antigens.)

I'm sure I'm not the only person who has wished for this type of thing.
I know there are plenty of charts and lists of CD antigens, but none of
them that I know of will let you search by cell type.

P.S. BD, are you listening???
