Dear all,

1 - I have formaldehyde fixed dissociated brain tissue, and want to stain
for NF heavy chain, vimentin, F4/80 and GalC to identify cell types
present. does anyone have experience of saponin treatment, and is this
needed in this situation? is there a basic protocol for this?

2 - sorry to ask a basic question, but could someone send me a protocol for
fixing and staining dissociated brain tissue for the above in am optimal
way. I want to verify protocol given to me already.
