Dear Doug:

There has been documented success using the anti-CD3 antibody from Diatec AS in Norway. [
www.diatec.com ]. You could contact Knut Egelie at Diatec [ knut.egelie@diatec.com
] for more help. I know it is directly conjugated to FITC and PE.

Best of luck!

Just curious if anyone knows of a good anti-CD3 antibody that stains T
lymphocytes from cynomolgus macaques. We had planned to use the one from
Pharmingen but apparently they are having trouble with the clone right now
and it is not available.

Thanks!
