Hello Werner,
I recommend you look at the Oncosis,Inc
web site (http://www.oncosis.com) for
information related to a current application
of this technology, although not in a traditional
"flow" system.
I believe this type of technology will enable novel
static and flow-based applications in the future (stay tuned...)

Subject: photodamage cell selection

Is there anyone who knows more about the "Zapper" an instrument for
photodamage cell selection. I know the paper "High-Speed Photodamage
Cell Selection...", Hersweijer, Stokdijk and Visser (1989). The last
information I have about this technique is a publication in "Methods in
Cell Biology" Vol.42 (1994).
What´s about further developements of this technique and works of other
groups in the field of cell sorting?

sincerely
Werner Konz
