Re: Normal values of human lymph node

Greetings Dirk, We often see a fair number of CD10+ B-cells in samples isolated from
lymph nodes in which there is no apparent lymphoma. The percentage is highly variable,
from a few percent to as high as 25-30% of the lymphocytes. These cells are polyclonal
based on light chain expression. They typically express more CD20 than their CD10
negative counterparts and are usually negative for CD24. We have assumed that these
cells are probably "normal" follicular B-cells.

High,

does anybody have data on the regular expression of CD10 in
lymph node aspirates?

We rarely have seen CD10+ B cells in diseases other than
follicular or high grade B-cell lymphoma.

Any information highly appreciated.

Kind regards Dirk
