Dear Carolyn:
        We have used purified single chain Fvs generated from phage display
libraries in cell surface staining of mammalian cells.  We clean the lines
in the usual manner with bleach and detergent rinse.  No problems.



Dear Everyone,
Has anyone put phage display-generated antibodies through their FACS
machine? If so, did you use dedicated lines? Do you have a problem
cleaning them out? Does anyone else have a problem with you putting
phage through?
