Hello Flowers,

I have had a request to analyze blood from a variety of species. I will
need to lyse the RBC's of these animals. Those of you who have analyzed
animal blood. What do you recommend as the best lysing method? I have
experience with Ammonium Chloride , FACS Lyse and Coulter Lyse. The species
I will be evaluating are: dog, rat, moue, rhesus, cyno, chimp, baboon,
pig-tail macaque, marmoset, cotton-top tamarin, pig, and green monkey. Any
recommendations or references would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Sue
