Hello Joseph,
I guess that you want to work with naive vs memory T cells.
One should put CD45R0 together with CD62L since naive T cells are CD45RO-
and CD62L+, CD27+, CD11adim. Probably it would be even better to use CR45RA
identifying CD45RA+ and CD62L+ as naive T cells.
You can find a lot of information on that topic in several publications by
M. Roederer and L.Picker.
