Hello Flowers,

Which whole blood labeling scenario gives cleaner results?

a) One tube with CD4/CD45RO/CD62L

		or

b) Two tubes	tube 1 - CD3/CD4/CD45RO
		tube 2 - CD3/CD4/CD62L

Are there disadvantages/advantages to one or the other?
