I'm not sure this is what you are after, but we have been happy with the
following tissue screens:

These are made by Savant / E-C Apparatus Corporation, but at least here
in Ontario, are marketed through VWR / Canlab.  The screens come in a
wide range of mesh sizes.  For the finer meshes, there is a very sturdy
support screen.  The screens fit into a nifty pan with a handle.  We
learned the hard way that the only way to get the 'sieve pan' is to buy
one of the kits, which means acquiring some screens of not very useful
mesh sizes.  This system, called "Cellector" is actually intended for
cells/tissues.  Fisher has others, some made of brass, that seemed more
targetted to people sifting non-living particles.
