Hello Andy,
I haven't worked with Cynolmolgus macaque lymphocytes using IFN-gamma, IL-4
or IL-5.
But I have some experience with human lymphocytes that produced a good
signal after 5 hours incubation with
PMA(50ng/ml)+Ionomycin(1ug/ml)+Monensin(1uM).This was especially with IL-4
and IFN-gamma.Never tried IL-5.
Hope this helps.
Collins.

Subject: Intracellular ifn-gamma and IL-4/5

     Dear flowers

I am trying to type Th1 and Th2 cells in Cynolmolgus macaque
     lymphocytes using intracellular IFN-gamma, IL-4 and IL-5
Does anyone have any experience of this ?
Using PMA activation(5 hours plus monensin) I have had some success
with IFN-gamma, but no luck with IL-4 or 5.Am I supposed to use a
different activator for these two monoclonals to work? or incubate for
     a different length of time?
     Any suggestions would be appreciated.

     Thanks
     Andy
