Oregon Cancer Center/Flow Cytometry Core Operator and Manager Oregon Cancer Center of the Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, Oregon, is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) research associate to manage and operate of our flow cytometry research facility. We are looking for an experienced person (5 yrs). Responsibilities include operating FACS Calibur and FACS Vantage instruments for clients, educating new users (graduate students), daily maintenance, ordering supplies, scheduling, and supervision of a part-time operator. Education requirement for the job is a Master's degree in science, Bachelor's will be considered if background and experience are sufficient. We are looking for applicants with a strong background in flow cytometry techniques and methodology. Salary will depend on experience of the applicant.
