My question was unclear to some so I'm rewording it, sorry for the
confusion:

 the antibodies are of the same isotype, IgG1, but different
specificities and fluorochromes, ex. antiCD3-FITC-MouseIgG1 with
antiCD4-PE-MouseIgG1 in the same tube. Or would it be better to use
IgG1 and IgG2a, the way BD mixes their simulset reagents?
