	To my knowledge, you need APC for this reaction to occur.  There may be
some level of T-T Ag presentation but it is small to nonexistent.  The B
cells and monos do a much better job of Ag presentation.  By providing
additional costimulation [throgh CD28 and CD49d] you will enhance the
level of response.

	Yes, it is possible to use Class I restricted peptides which will only
elicit a CD8 response.	There are also Cl II resctricted antigens.  Just
as there are cl. I & II restricted  tetramers.	Other [generally larger
proteins] antigens will elicit some level of response through both
pathways [ie you will see CD4 and CD8 responsers]
