Leukemia Flowcytometry - Threshold for positivity

The FS/SS primary gating technic tended to include non-blast cells (mainly lymphocytes)
within it. That was one of the reasons the 20% threshold was applied to conclude a blast
"positive".

However, the CD45/SS gating excludes the lymphocytes. There may be a small number of
non-leukemic blasts in the gate, but the rest are all leukemic blasts.

For those using CD45/SS gate, what is your threshold for positivity?

Many thanks...
