FW: A new Brezinsky says "Hello World"

Dear Fellow Flowers,

News has just been received from 'the belly' carried by Shari Brezinsky from
BIOGEN to Montpellier in late May.

I am pleased to pass on this letter for those of you who met and looked
after Shari at the congress (ie. made sure it was never more than two hours
between food stops and that she was never left unescorted).

I have attached a scanned photo of Shari with Shuwei Jiang and myself (ISAC
2000 Roommate Assistance For Pregnant Delegates Initiative) comparing our
tummies. To preclude any confusion, Shari is in the centre.

Jeanette Drew.

Subject: A new Brezinsky says "Hello World"

You don't know me. But you will. My name is Katrina Ariel Brezinsky,
and I am wise beyond my time. After all, I wasn't born yesterday.

Well, actually, I was -- on August 12th 2000 at 10:16 pm; the clock
was slow and they wrote down 10:10, but we know better, don't we. I
would have written sooner, but I had to get my nails trimmed, and then
the nurse put this goop in my eyes, so I couldn't even see for a bit.
Besides, I had just been through a lot, and I wanted to sleep.

Mom and Dad are doing fine, but they're so controlling. They handle
me constantly, and keep my 8 lb 11.6 oz, 21.5" body wrapped up all
the time. I feel like a burrito, wrapped up this way, and the mitts
make typing difficult, so I will be brief.

I look forward to meeting you all, as soon as I can, but you should
know that I have big plans for running the folks in circles for the
next few weeks (or decades), so they won't have much time to answer
the door for a while; I, of course, am still too short to reach the
knob. If nobody gets to the phone, just leave a message and I will
have one of my staff get back to you.

If one of you kind people could forward this to the ISAC mailing list,
my mother would be grateful.

Katrina Ariel Brezinsky
