I found this list really live so let me join.
I would like to ask for any labbooks or manuals dealing with
apoptosis methods.
We would like to induce the apoptosis of cancer cell lines (by our
compounds) and detect the ladder by agarose electrophoresis and
later also quantificate by cytometry. What about the number of the
cells we need to extract sufficient DNA amount for loading onto gel
and for cytometry?
Can anyone recommend us the reliable source of working methods?
