Hi Emma, we used Acetylated LDL labeled with a fluorescent probe, Dil. It works nicely to stain endothelial cells. I know only a German Company selling it. Paesel+Lorei, Hanau +49 - 6181 - 1870 - 0 (Phone) or -70 (FAX). To check for proliferation, simply staining of the DNA should give you a good hint (% of cells in S/G2/M phases).
