Hi Scott,

I have used a couple of the PhiPhiLux variants (the 'green' and 'orange'
versions) with some success - you may have to play with the conditions
(substrate concentration etc) and it is worth looking at different time
points after apoptotic induction. PhiPhiLux comes from OncoImmunin and
there is a website at: http://www.PhiPhiLux.com
