Omega will make filters to spec if you want (pricey and takes awhile).
Otherwise, you can use similar filters, our current configuration uses the
following:

405/30 (blue)
670/40 (red)
440 DMLP (splitter)

These filters work fine for looking at sp cells.

Subject: Filters

Hello Flow-ers,

I am looking for filters used in Hoechst 33342 HSC Staining for use on the
MoFlo (mentioned in Goodell, M., et al(1996) J	Exp Med 183, 1797-1806).

They are:

450/20 BP
675 EFLP
610 DMSP

I've looked on the email archives for clues to where I might purchase these
filters. I have also visited Omega Optical's website and have been
unsuccessful in locating these filters.

I would greatly appreciate any leads.

Thank you very much,
