I have contacted Coulter on 2 separate occasions attempting to locate some OKT3.
They have told me that they did NOT purchase the Ortho reagents including those
listed below. Is this a U.S. thing???

Subject: OKT6 clone, CD1a

Hi dear flowers,
In our hands the OKT6-FITC reagent from Ortho-Clinical diagnostics gave
superior (high intensity) reactivity for the follow-up of dendritic cell
maturation (out of BM progenitors) - as compared to other CD1a hybridoma
clones from other companies. However Ortho discontinued the selling of
their orthomune reagents. Since then I lost track of who might have taken
over the selling of this clone (in conjugated form). Anybody out there who
can help? Thanks in advance!
Best regards,
Dirk
