We found in the peripheral blood of a group of children with congenital heart disease a strange population of T-cells (CD3+) that are neither alpha, betaTCR nor gamma, deltaTCR positive. By calculations these CD3+a,b/g,dTCR- cells are CD4-and CD8-. Does anyone have an idea what these cells might be? Sincerely, Attila Tarnok
