Hi Kevin:

There are not many references out there on using whole blood lysis methods on
bone marrow cells. Many labs have just implemented it but not had the time to
write it up. See the following for one reference:

Tamul KR, Schmitz JL, Kane K, Folds JD. Comparison of the effects of
Ficoll-Hypaque separation and whole blood lysis on results of
immunophenotypic analysis of blood and bone marrow samples from patients with
