I guess FITC would be a good candidate as it could be quenched extracellular by
a number of methods such as low pH or EB.
You might even be able to use the 'snip'method as used in magnetic sorting

Subject:	Reagents for measurement of antibody internalisation...

Greetings Floweurs (getting ready for ISAC!),

I would appreciate any suggestions of potentially suitable
fluorescent reagents, which could be coupled directly to specific
antibodies & then used to determine internalisation of those
antibodies by B-cells, eg. by appearance or disappearance of
flourescence or by shift in the fluorescence spectrum & then measured
     by flow cytometry.

     Many thanks,

     "Zip".
