Laura,

We measure intracellular gIFN production from CD3/CD8 positive cells from nemestrina monkeys (pigtail). The gIFN antibody is from pharmingen (clone 4SB3) as is the anti CD3. The anti CD8 we obtain from BD. Pharmingen have a panel of antibodies that work with non-human primate cells, though i dont recall whether they have Abs for the other cytokines you mention.

Subject: intracellular cytokine staining in non-human primates

  Hi!
Can anyone give me information related to intracellular cytokine detection by flow cytometry in rhesus/macaque T cells?	I'm specifically looking for information regarding human antibodies that cross-react (IL-2, TNF-a, IL-4 and g-IFN) and possible protocols for staining.
  Thanks,
