For the purpose to store the cells, it is better to use 4 degree with medium + BCS. At 37 degree, the results are always changed. Does anyone know what is the best overnight storage temperature for PBMC? I did 37 °C, 5 % CO2 and also closed tubes at 4°C, both in RPMI supplemented with BCS. For certain cytokines these 2 conditions really give different results!
