Hi Jim, There is a commercial application called "FreezerWorks" for exactly this purpose. I've not used it, but somehow I got on their mailing list a couple of years ago. If you can't find it, e-mail me back & I'll dig up details of the company & where/how to contact them. (it's in the office somewhere & I'm not there at the moment...)
