We are very interested in using antibodies to CD7 or CD19 that are
directly conjugated to the APC-Cy7 fluorochrome. Unfortunately, I
haven't been able to find a company that sells either of these. On the
other hand, we have produced our own monoclonal antibodies to CD7 and
CD19 that we conjugate to FITC and PE.
I am wondering if anyone out there knows of a source of the APC-Cy7
fluorochrome itself from which we can obtain it. We would then be able
to link it to our own antibodies. I am also interested in finding a
source for obtaining PE-Cy7. As always, any assistance is greatly
appreciated.
