NK cells and Ca-flux

Dear flowers!

We have problems to measure Ca-flux of fresh mouse NK cells. The cells are
loaded with Indo. The loading of the NK cells is not so fine like the T
cells.

The T cells show nice peaks if they are stimulated with Ionomycin. The NK
cells of the same sample show just a little reaction with Ionomycin.

Do you have an idea why the NK cells don't show the same reaction?
Do you know how to get a better loading of the NK cells? Or should we try
another dye?

Thanks for your hlep!

Sonja
