perforin inhibitor

Hello flow persons,

	Is anyone aware of an agent that will inhibit perforin upregulation
and/or granule release in human T cells while minimally affecting the state
of activation of the cells?  We would like to detect intracellular perforin
in human CD8+ T-cells responding to antigen. Thanks in advance for any
suggestions.
