We did quantitate Ca++ using indo-1 and a FACS 440- but the instrument
used shouldn't matter, as long as you excite at 355-357, monitor 405/485
with a ratio board or digital data so you get the ratio for each cell.
I'll try to find the reference where we published this and e mail it to
you.
