Regarding recharge rates, we have an excellent justification for charging more for sorting. We have to justify our recharge rates to the University, and they are based on the operating cost of the instrument and the operator's time. Most of our users operate the benchtop instruments themselves, but we do charge more if they need an operator. However, sorting is always more because the instrument has a higher operating cost and is always run with an operator. The service agreement on the sorter is more than three times what it is on any of our benchtops.
