Len, attached is our protocol, optimized by a grad student, Sherry Crowe, for looking at proliferation of mouse lymphocytes after stimulation by REO virus. We started with information from Joe Adlesberger at NIH. He was looking at BrdU in unstimulated human cells, but we were able to modify it and get it to work, albeit after many false starts.
