Ki-67 measurements in frozen cells

Hi Everybody:

We're trying to measure Ki-67 expression in naive and memory T cells from
frozen PBMC samples. I've heard anecdotes that results from fresh and
frozen samples are similar; however, I don't seem to find this.

I was wondering if anyone has experience measuring Ki-67 in frozen cells and
what techniques, tips, or tricks they might have to keep results similar to
those of fresh cells.

I have tried using both the Immunotech Fix and Perm and the Ortho Permeafix
kits. I've also tried using Ki-67 antibody purchased from Immunotech and
from Pharmingen. I don't think the viability of the thawed cells is in
question.

I'd appreciate any advice you all have...

Thanks,
Pratip...
