Hello Fellow Flowers Our lab has been using the BD FACSCalibur for Leukemia/Lymphoma and CD4/8 testing. Our clinical director wants us to expand the Flow Cytometry section and develop procedures for anti-viral susceptibility testing. Our first project is anti-viral drugs for HSV using Vero cells. We have encountered a few stumbling blocks (i.e.: what do Vero cells look like FSC vs SSC???/ should the graphs be Log or Lin etc.). Is anyone working in this area? I would really like to pick your brain. Any response would be greatly appreciated. Thanking you in advance P.S. Happy Valentine's Day Deneen E. Kozoriz B.Sc. Provincial Laboratories Regina, Sask.
