There is a lot of solutions, its depend on the type of antigens you want to analyze. A good solution is to use Stabilcyte (BioE, www.bioe.com). It stabilize the cells for up to 2 months without alteration of surface antigens. It works very well on human cells fresh or cultured. Futhermore, you could lyse RBC within the first week after stabilization. Try it on your cells, the protocol is very simple. You can also stained the cells with a standard protocol and then fix them with a formol solution (0,5 to 1% in PBS). Cells are stable at least for 3 to 4 days (human and mouse cells in my experience). Ph. Bourin ltalbot@rdg.boehringer-ingelheim.com wrote : > To all the wonderful people, > > I have a basic question.
