Just be aware that Omnicomp only compensates between laser 1 to laser 
2 and not in the opposite direction (despite the "omni" name). So you 
cannot compensate APC and PE-CY5 in both directions and this is 
actually a problem.  I don't think Omnicomp will help you when using 
Phar Red, but will be necessary for using PE-CY5 to get the signal 
out of the second laser; probably same for Tru-Red.  Nonetheless, as 
mentioned, it will not help get the APC signal out of the laser 1 
system and APC is in fact excited a bit by the first laser at 488.
