	I have done this with some limited success with budding yeast.

	I used a methods provided by my client from Methods in Enzymology, Vol
283, pp 322 - 332, 1997, Academic Press.

B. Haase & Daniel J. Lew

	There is not a great deal of difference from mammalian cells.
