Hi Andrea,

We are currently evaluating several procedures for CD34 enumeration,
including the Stem Kit (Coulter/immunotech), ProCount (BD) and a recommended
method in Current Protocols by Jan W. Gratama. We acquire samples in both
FACScan and Coulter XL cytometers to configure and compare this machines.

1. Pipetting is critical in these protocols. Reverse pipetting is mandatory
