We are currently typing people for HLA A201 using DNA sequencing which is proving labor intensive. It would be much easier if we could do a quicker flow cytometric procedure. We have tried the A201 antibody from One Lambda but is cross reacts with A29. We have also tried the BB71 but it too cross reacts with A29. Is anyone familiar with a source of an antibody, preferably conjugated, that is specific for HLA A201 and DOES NOT cross react with other sites? Any information will be most appreciated. R.
