RE: FNA question:

I always prefer that FNA's be aspirated into RPMI. If not, then into saline
and transferred to RPMI as soon as possible. This seems to keep the
viability up.

Could some members with experience of lymphocyte studies on FNABs tell me
what medium they recommend the aspirate be put into. We do most aspirates on
site so perform testing on the same day in most cases.
