CD25 antibody

I have used PE-labeled anti-human CD25 antibody from two biovendors
(PharMingen and DAKO) to stain the same peripheral blood lymphocytes by
flow cytometry and get completely different result. Both ab recognize 55kD
alpha chain of IL-2 receptor. PharMingen said that their CD25 ab should
stain about 20% of lymphocytes in normal while DAKO said that their CD25 ab
should reacts with less than 5% of lymphocytes in normal human blood.
Does anyone know which is correct or any suggestions? Thank you.
